Located in the famous Turnberry Isle Hotel & Resort, BOURBON STEAK is celebrity chef Michael Mina’s modern twist on the classic American steakhouse. BOURBON STEAK is one of South Florida’s favorite steakhouses, with a localized menu that features prime cuts of all-natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. Prior to grilling, the meats are first poached to mouthwatering tenderness using Michael Mina’s signature methods — red meats in butter, lamb in olive oil and pork in bacon fat.

 

Open daily for dinner, BOURBON STEAK is a lively restaurant with a distinctly chic Miami design. A stunning glass-box entrance leads to a large, breathtaking dining room that glitters with lights and mirrors. Within the restaurant, The Tavern is a separate area that offers a more casual lounge experience.

 

BOURBON STEAK’s bar menu includes classic American cocktails made to order with fresh-squeezed juices and house-made bitters and syrups. An extensive wine menu offers more than 500 selections from the top American producers as well as the best crus from Burgundy, Spain and Italy.
