Francesco was established in 1984 in the Port of A Callao in Lima Peru. Since its inception, they have endeavored to diffuse and share Italian – Peruvian cuisine. This extraordinary fusion was founded in the home of a family committed to a perfect combination of Peruvian and Italian fare, celebrated to this day.
What began as an intimate exchange between family and friends became a standard in Peruvian gastronomy. Aldo Navarro, founder of this home, successfully expanded this initial concept, first in Mira Flores (Lima 1995), and then in Coral Gables in 2001. Both restaurants have been ascribed premier status among other restaurants in their class.
Today you’ll find their passion for excellence in food and service as well as their desire to share a small piece of Peru and its marvelous culture.
